A long-time friend of mine and I reconnected via facebook recently. He was mugged about a week and a half ago. He recently got a new phone, but cannot access his facebook account. He mentioned he is not interested in a new one due to sentimental value, he's asked me for help, but I am not able to access his gmail account and reset his password because he cannot remember the info himself (he's not very tech savvy). I have thought of just about everything possible, but we can't figure it out. I figured I would contact FB customer service, but I'm unable to find a phone number -- this was the only thing I could find where we may possibly get some help. *I cant verify his date of birth, city or birth, mutual friends, etc. If you are not able to help me, will you please redirect me to someone who can?
