The issue in GetHuman-lisa_moo's own words
My Facebook account started getting. private messages about cars I had apparently put up for sale. I had never done this so immediately changed my password believing I’d been hacked, everything was fine for about ** minutes then the same thing happened so I changed it again and the same repeated. My friend then contacted me to say my page had gone and I could no longer been seen or pm’d. I couldn’t sign in as my password was no longer valid. I contacted Facebook and even sent a copy of my id. I received an email address to click the link and change password which I did. I went through all security measures inc identifying friends and comments I had previously made then when changing password I got the error ‘something went wrong’ The passwords are getting change as I receive emails to tell me they’ve been done and that’s what I have to use to sign in, however each time I log in I get took to the same security measure pages, then to change password then the same outcome. On a few occasions I’ve been told to log in other devices which I have done but only to go through the same process with the same outcome. I tried filling in a form but just got the error ‘this page has not been disabled’ and wouldn’t let me do anymore. I really am at my wits end as what to do as I’ve tried everything I’m meant to and can’t get hold of anyone to actually help
