We have created a personal account to link our business page to it. The personal page is now disabled and we cant access our business page at all. ... Hello, My boss has created a personal facebook page to link our business page to it. However we have created the personal account without realising she has another facebook account. We have since deleted the first facebook account that was created years ago. However the facebook page we just created is still saying it is disabled. Can you please contact us asap as we have made numerous reports and no responses. We urgently need this resolved because it is affecting our business page.
This is frustrating because we have made a number of attempts to report the issue and ask for help and it has been over ** days since we have made those attempts. We have heard nothing from facebook to find a resolution.
All we want is to have our account resolved from being disabled because we have previously sent through Driver's Licence and other documents that prove we are who we say we are. Yet we still have an account that is disabled and no other way to access the business page. We would like this issue resolved ASAP because it is getting very frustrating.
Our employees have always been customers of Facebook which is why we felt positively about creating a facebook account for the business. We expected it to be quite easy and running with a matter of minutes. However it has been almost a month since creating the account with no response to find out how we can get our account working.
We have tried sourcing information on the facebook help page to find out what else we can do to have our account not disabled. We have deleted the old page that could of made it look like we were impersonating the facebook page but unfortunately it is still disabled.
