What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Facebook help.

I am sending this email in the hopes that someone at facebook will respond. I tried the help site but frankly, it simply posts my issue as feedback. It did that * times. I really do not think facebook is very responsive.** **My name is Klaus Marshall and my email address is *****@***.com.** ** I received a ** day suspension today for posting a comment that did not conform to the community standards of facebook. I wish I could take back the comment but I can't or I would in a moment. I had really not read your community policies until the day of the suspension. All I can do is apologize. I realize now that I should not have posted my comment.** I am asking that you grant me some leniency by taking my suspension off. I am the only admin of a Facebook group of **** members that I can now not assist. The first thing I'm going to do is to assign * moderators so that they will be able to assist members as well.** I'm begging you to PLEASE take my ** day suspension off. I will be more conscientious of what I post. PLEASE HELP. I need to at least assign one more person as an ADMIN so the members can be taken care of. I have * people that are trying to join my group and I can't add them to the group. Please allow me an hour to set up another group member as an ADMIN so they can take care of any issues. Then you can restart the suspension.**Please give a ** year Army combat vet some consideration on this PLEASE. Just one hour. Thank you.
