I have been harassed and stalked in person and online by my fianc*'s ex girlfriend for nearly a year. Much of this harassment is based on anti LGBT hate and has consisted of multiple attempts to expose my transgender status to anyone who will listen. People in my everyday life do not know my gender situation, and I would like to keep it that way. I have blocked and reported multiple fake Facebook accounts that have been used to spy, harass me, and to harass my friends and family, I have blocked dozens of phone numbers, and even moved to another state, but the harassment persists, now primarily on Facebook. This person has created a fake Facebook profile in the past under my former male name, and now she is using my current name (using a random male picture), sending friend requests to people she knows are aquatinted with my fianc* and me. The person doing this is Monica Lynn Hernandez. On Facebook she goes by Monilynn Hernandez. She has been warned multiple times by the Riverside County Sheriff's department, and the Hemet, CA police. several police reports have been filed over the past year. I enjoy being on Facebook, but I'm starting to feel like the only way to escape the harassment is to deactivate my account. Please help.
