I ordered the * credit reports and scores through the Experian website for $**.**. I provided credit card information and you (Experian) processed the $**.** charge on **********. I have logged into my account on the Experian website numerous times and tried to retrieve the * credit reports and scores that I paid for but they are not there. I am not able to retrieve anything. I also tried to contact you via phone (main customer support number and numerous others) but am not able to talk to a human. I only get recordings that no matter what option I select, cannot get through to a human. I either want a human to call me (***-***-****) to tell me how to retrieve what I ordered and paid for or I want to get my money back. I want this done TODAY, **********.
