If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I was trying to cancel old account and setup a new one ... I had to cancel all active Experian memberships today because of my wife creating an account to monitor my credit. She did not know I already had one and when I tried to change the information back to mine, we had major issues. So Customer service cancelled those accounts. I then created a new account but now I can't get the website or the app to accept membership registration. I keep getting an error screen stating an unknown error has occurred, call customer service. I have been trying all afternoon and can never get a live person on the phone anymore.

What they apparently don't understand is the registration process isn't working and keeps giving error messages and canceling the attempt at a new account.

Make sure All accounts are closed, erased, removed all information so I can start a fresh new account. Makes sure my wife's account is removed as well, *****@***.com and anything associated with that user.

I've been a customer for over a year

I've tried everything I can find on online support and community support. Nothing is working.

I ended up calling again myself, **********, and choosing the option for business * Experian client which connected me to a person who redirected my call to a customer service specialist. Problem resolved!*Get human.com never did call back! Total waste of time!!
