The issue in GetHuman-knoceri's own words
In response to a PIRG email detailing a recent security breach at Experian, I tried to request an online copy of my credit report. After filling out the form I received a page stating I had to mail hard copies of identifying data to the following address in order to get the report: Annual Credit Report*Request Service*P.O. Box ******Atlanta GA *****-****. I then filled out a contact form to Experian asking what happened. Then I called the following number: *** ***-****, blindly following the prompts. The call resulted in an automated message telling me that my credit report would be mailed to me, request *********. Please tell me what has happened here. Is the credit report unavailable by email? Is the address legitimate? Have I successfully ordered a free credit report by phone?

GetHuman-knoceri did not yet indicate what Experian should do to make this right.
