I recently moved and Experian sent a letter, informing me of the change because I have a security freeze on my account. The new address they had is correct however they had my middle name incorrect. This is the first time in years of communication they have done this. I sent a letter explaining the problem--Experian's error and requested they fix it. I just received another letter (with my middle name wrong again) asking for more information. I have had the absolute worst experience with customer service with this company, for many years. I would like to talk to a human and get this problem (experians mistake) resolved.*My phone number is (***) ***-****. Please call. I have tried calling but cannot get to a live person and the auto system did not work right.
