Good day**On the ** November **** I booked on your website accommodation at Cotswold House in Cape Town.*The dates I wanted to book were ** December **** to * January ****. When I paid I did not check the dates and somehow the ** December **** was booked. When I saw the confirmation email I requested the booking be changed to the correct dates. However Cotswold House was fully booked for those dates. I requested a cancellation but have not received a refund. I’ve sent many emails regarding my refund and received no reply. I contacted Dennis at Cotswold House and he advised that I can request a refund from you directly. Please advise who I should be in contact with.**Kind regards
