hello, I would like a refund for my two bookings I booked two Same hotel for November **-** at D* Resort, Boracay Island I reserve two or my self Reine Soliman and for my friend its was named Regine Collado but I used the same card for paying those two ... I would like a refund because before we book that hotel there are no rules in boracay that hotels to be stayed by tourist should be accredited but now because of the new rules that the president implied unfortunately the hotel that I book they havent got their papers for them to operate they dont have the documents that they need saying that they could accept bookings ... I was also able to talk to them because when i booked the hotel it is specified that it is non refundable but the owner of the hotel told me that we will be able to get a refund because they are not accepting any booking at the moment thats why they were wondering how vome I was able to book our hotel . I was also able to chat with a expedia representatkve but I think that was international hotline or something because she said she has limited access thats why she cannot process my concern ... I was able to encounter one person who has the same problem and yes she got her money back her booking was also non refundable but still she got her money back I was hoping to get my money back to here are the itinerary numbers****************- under the name of REINE SOLIMAN****************- under the name of REGINE COLLADO**please I really need a refund i hope you guys could help me *thank you so much .
