I booked a reservation with Expedia (itinerary **************) and within ** hours, the price of my reservation dropped by $**. The frustrating part was it was Expedia that had lowered the price. It wasn’t even a competing website. How can you offer a better deal within ** hours? Why make your customers feel disappointed at the booking process? I contacted customer service for a claim but they were unhelpful. I just want my price adjustment. It makes me not want to use Expedia ever again. If it’s just $** to them, why not refund me the difference?
