If you're having trouble accessing your Etsy account, follow these steps: 1. Go to Etsy homepage and click Sign In. 2. Click on Forgot your password? 3. Enter the email address associated with your Etsy account, then click Submit. 4. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account. Make sure to check your spam or junk mail folders if you're not seeing this email in your inbox.

Sometimes, Etsy might log you out of your account to protect your privacy especially if your account has been idle for some time. If you're being asked to sign in, you simply need to input your username or email address and password to gain access to your account again. If you don't recall your password, you can click 'Forgot your password?' and follow the instructions to reset it and reclaim access to your account. If any error messages appear, ensure that you're using the correct username/email and password, and remember that these details are case-sensitive.

We're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your purchase. You should directly communicate with the seller first about your concerns and ask for a refund. If you're unable to reach a resolution with the seller, you can file a case with Etsy. To do so, go to the Purchases page in your account and locate your order with the seller. Click on "Help with Order" next to the product you want a refund for and select the option that represents your issue. Then follow the prompts to help resolve your problem with Etsy's assistance.
