Help with my Equifax issue

See my credit score in Credit Karma ... My bank, Chase, says I have a split profile in Equifax. Equifax has to merge the profiles.
Equifax is only giving closed account data to Credit Karma, not any open account data.
I want Equifax to resolve the split profile problem so that Credit Karma can report my open accounts.
I called my bank, Chase, and they say that they can see my full credit history only when the search criteria is First Initial, Middle Initial, Last Name.
I have an issue with Equifax too
