I received an email confirmation that my online dispute has been completed. However, I am having a problem accessing the results online. When I key in the requested information, I get a message, "We are currently unable to process your request. The information you have provided does not match our records."
GetHuman-cpricek did not yet indicate what Equifax should do to make this right.
