Back on September *th I purchased a promo package for the journey promo madden mobile was doing. I got the $**.** promo deal they had. Well I never received the package that I bought. I opened a case with EA on the *th I think it was and talked to a lady. I sent the info they asked apple receipt, email receipt, even snap shot of bank account where it withdrew. Well then the lady escalates my case because she cant fix it. I had to wait a couple days but then got email from "an expert" or something about that he was looking into it. Great I thought. Well I emailed him almost every day for a week and a half, just to never get a reply or anything. Finally I went on EA help forum and have called several times. At least after two weeks I got a reply that said in still looking at your case as it is complex. What? Ok so I go another week and nothing. I have talked to several people and nobody seems to be able to help. There's only ** hours left on promo now and it has been very frustrating.
