About a month ago I logged onto Apex for the first time in quite a while. I figured that my game was just being buggy when the screen that said I was banned popped up, after digging into it a little bit it turns out that EA banned my account for cheating? I appealed this and got an email saying that "After doing a full investigation into my account EA has decided that I was banned for the correct reasons and I will stay banned. Normally for a free to play game I would just make a new account but I actually put a little money into this game because I enjoy it.****I looked deeper into my emails to discover that there were log in attempts to my EA account that were not me, and I figured that this would be what caused me to get banned because someone else had used my account maliciously. I reached out to EA again, went through an account securing process where I set up * factor authentication, and re secured my account. After about * more weeks of waiting I got the SAME EXACT email word for word saying after a full investigation I will remain banned. I tweet at EA again and they aren't replying to me anymore.
GetHuman-jonturl did not yet indicate what Electronic Arts should do to make this right.
