Hello, I am Diego D. I regularly play Fifa 19 on my PlayStation 4 during weekends. I have been playing since the game's release. Last Sunday, I logged on and noticed that around [redacted],[redacted] coins were missing. Initially, I had approximately [redacted],[redacted] coins, but when I logged back the next day, it showed only 6,[redacted] coins. Due to owning many untradeable items, my coin balance was previously low. I suspect I may have been hacked, as someone threatened to hack me the day before. My PlayStation account is X-Above.

In [redacted], I purchased ad-free Scrabble, but today the game froze. I decided to delete and reinstall it, only to find ads in the lower left corner. I had originally paid to avoid ads. To make matters worse, when I downloaded your other two Scrabble games, I lost all the games I had been playing. One of the games I downloaded retained my progress but now displays ads. I don't understand why I should pay again for an ad-free experience when the other downloads feature ads and don't recognize my account. Can you assist? - Dawn

When EA server outages occur, they should acknowledge and make amends for the inconvenience users face. It's frustrating when time or money is invested in a game only to experience disruptions without any acknowledgment or compensation from EA Sports. Their lack of customer care is disappointing, and improving their response to such issues is crucial. Users who support EA Sports deserve consideration and respect. The lack of direct communication options further exacerbates the problem, leaving individuals feeling unheard and neglected. Losing significant gameplay, such as Super Bowls, due to server issues is unacceptable. Moving forward, EA Sports needs to prioritize customer satisfaction to maintain their loyal fan base and reputation.

I purchased an ad-free version of Scrabble for my iPhone and iPad, but despite multiple reboots and reinstallations, I am still seeing ads on my iPhone. The ads keep freezing up the game and are causing a lot of frustration, especially because I play Scrabble regularly throughout the day. The ads appear in the lower left corner and then jump to the top of the page, often leading to hardcore video ads that interrupt my gameplay. As someone who suffers from migraines, the constant flashing is becoming unbearable. I have no interest in paying an additional fee to speak with Mac support when I have already paid for an ad-free experience. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you, Dawn.

I've been playing "Apex Legends" since its debut week and a bit of "Anthem." However, recently I've encountered login issues. Surprisingly, my brother can log in effortlessly. I attempted to access my account from various computers without success. Every time I tried, I received the message that I couldn't log in and to try later. After two weeks of attempting access, I decided to file a report, only to be notified of a rule breach and an unfair ban/suspension. I've invested a significant amount of money in both games; EA, I kindly ask for your assistance with this matter.

My FIFA Ultimate account was suspended without any explanation. They accused me of cheating in matches and flagged me without proof. Despite my explanations via email, they maintained the ban. I faced disconnections during online matches, which I believe may have triggered this issue. When I sought help through live chat, I received a helpful solution that resolved the disconnection problem. However, when I reached out to request the flag be removed, they extended the suspension to 7 days.

I am experiencing a recurring crash issue with my hard copy of NBA Live 19, specifically "The One" edition. The problem occurs every time I finish the NBA finals, resulting in a corrupt game settings file and forcing me to restart repeatedly. I request an updated hard copy with bug fixes sent to me at your expense, as I am entitled to a replacement under the Australian Consumer Law Act [redacted]. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the game and formatting my PS4, the issue persists even with a borrowed copy. I reside in a rural area with limited internet access, making it challenging to perform large updates that are necessary to address the problem. I appreciate the game for its offline gameplay and enjoyable experience compared to NBA 2K. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this issue so I can continue to enjoy the NBA Live franchise. Thank you. -MiK-

I recently experienced a security breach on Pogo. Shortly after adding my credit card, two unauthorized charges appeared. Despite contacting customer service to report the fraudulent charges, I was met with a dismissive response. After a week of failed attempts to address the issue, I am left with no choice but to inform other players about the breach. If your security department is willing to address this matter, please reach out to me at [redacted]. This incident has made me wary of leaving payment information on your site, and I believe it's crucial for your company to be informed of any security breaches.

Subject: Issue regarding Transfer Market Ban
Dear EA,
I have been an avid player of your game since its release. However, my recent ban from the transfer market in November has hindered my ability to build my team effectively. Despite contacting your support team last November, I have only received automated responses.
As per Section 15 of the User Agreement, I am considering informal negotiations to address this matter. If no action is taken within 7 days of this notice, I will escalate this issue further by submitting a formal dispute and lodging a complaint with the FCC.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely, Khalid

Hi, my son used my bank details to purchase EA Access. I would like a refund for this transaction as I do not use the features or games offered. I understand this issue is not your fault. Even when I tried Titanfall 2, which I thought I might as well since I paid for it, the game has a limited player base, and I struggled to find matches. I wish to request a refund for this service as I do not plan to use it due to the lack of content that interests me. If the service improves with offerings like Battlefield V, I'd be willing to reconsider in the future. The purchase was made under the email address [redacted] or Xbox Live gamer tag CeruleanMystery. Thank you for your assistance.

I typically enjoy playing Battlefield, but the requirements in Battlefield 5 are frustrating this time. The assignments like "10 Headshot kills in objectives in one life or 20 in one round" are causing a lot of anger and disappointment. Due to factors like lag, spawns, ping, and team dynamics, it's incredibly hard to achieve these goals. It's disheartening that whenever I get close to completing the assignment, the game abruptly ends. Removing the previous 60 total headshots on objectives challenge only adds to the frustration. Many players online are expressing their dissatisfaction, and it's clear that these assignments are causing more stress than joy. If the developers are not bringing back the previous challenge, it would be helpful if being on the objective also counted towards the headshots. Spending long hours trying to complete this assignment only to be met with obstacles out of my control is not rewarding. It's important to consider making these tasks more achievable and enjoyable for players.

I've been having some issues with FIFA 19 Ultimate Team lately, and it's frustrating not being able to contact support directly considering I purchase the game every year. In the last two weeks, I managed to reach rank 1 in Division 10 in Rivals, but I only received the same 20k coins as the players in rank 2, which doesn't seem fair. Many of us are experiencing problems with redeeming completed weekly objectives, like the Perfectionist not working correctly. It would be great if you could address these issues, as they are quite bothersome. Adding a live chat option for a company of this size would also be very helpful. Thank you for your attention to these matters. - Julia I.

I have been unjustly banned from the transfer market on FIFA 19 (PC). I opened a case with EA HELP a week ago and have only received a generic email stating that they are investigating my issue. The process is taking longer than expected, and I initially just wanted to be unbanned, but now I feel that EA should compensate me in some way. If they continue to delay, I expect a refund for all the money I have spent on FIFA points this year.

I am reaching out in hopes that EA Games might consider creating a sequel or remaster of "The Saboteur." Despite mixed reviews, the game has maintained a dedicated player base over the past decade, as evidenced by numerous online forums. There is a strong desire within the gaming community for a continuation of this unique game. The original was impressive for its time, and with current technological advancements, a new version could be even more spectacular. Reviving a beloved classic like this could not only improve EA's reputation, especially considering concerns about "pay to win" games, but also be financially rewarding. Though I understand this message may not reach the marketing team directly, I kindly request that it be forwarded accordingly. Should there be any updates or responses, I would appreciate being contacted. Thank you.

As a loyal Club Pogo member who has enjoyed playing canasta for years, I encountered an issue yesterday when attempting to sign in to my account. I was shocked to receive a notification stating that my account has been banned. This unexpected development has left me unable to access the games I've paid for, including canasta, for nearly two days now. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Unfortunately, I am unable to verify which email address, [redacted] or [redacted], is linked to my account as I am currently locked out. My username is Sue010203. Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue.

After being assured I could get Sims 4 on my Xbox since I own the game on Origin, I spent 2 hours with a live chat agent to link my accounts. Unfortunately, at the end of the chat, I was told I would have to purchase the game again for Xbox, despite being initially told otherwise. As a long-time Sims fan who has invested a significant amount in the franchise, I find it frustrating to have to buy a game I already own just to play on a different platform. Although I understand there are limitations with cross-platform compatibility, this experience has left me feeling disheartened. The recent interaction with a phone tech, who was rude when I expressed my frustration, only added to my disappointment after investing hours into this attempt. Moving forward, I am uncertain if I will continue to spend more money on the game if I cannot access it on my Xbox.

I am Allen Hanouka from London. Last week, my son, Daniel Hanouka, age 8, unintentionally spent over £3,[redacted] (GBP) on the FIFA app on iTunes. I had recently given him a new iPad for his birthday without setting up parental controls for spending. Over four days (May 3rd - May 6th), he made 40 separate payments for FIFA points, not realizing he was using real money. The substantial amount and frequency of payments were unusual. I take responsibility for not setting up controls earlier. I have rectified this now. I am reaching out to request a refund from iTunes due to this genuine mistake. I understand that EA is not at fault, and I appreciate your values of honesty and fairness. Apple directed me to contact you for assistance. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated, as it will impact us significantly. Thank you for considering my request.

I am disappointed with my FIFA rewards over the years. Since FIFA 13, I have not packed a player above 89 rated in Ultimate Team. Even after spending money on the game, I always feel let down. Today, I completed the Community TOTS SBC, invested a lot of coins, and used an 88-rated Onuna from weekly objectives. However, I packed another 88-rated Onuna in the reward pack, which felt unfair and disappointing. I feel like my time and efforts in the game go unrewarded. It's discouraging to see others get lucky while I struggle to pack valuable players. My friend has packed two Ronaldos this year, but the best I got was an 88-rated player I didn't even want.

I purchased Battlefield V in October [redacted], and myself, along with everyone I play with on multiplayer, are extremely disappointed with the game. We frequently get kicked out of the game, which takes us back to the dashboard, experience glitches where we can't be revived, and have not seen any new maps in almost 6 months. It seems like there have been numerous complaints about the game, and it's concerning that no action has been taken to address these issues. Additionally, I find it unreasonable that the game is still being sold at such a high price despite these ongoing problems.

Hi EA, I recently logged into my FIFA 19 account on PS4 under XxOlliexX225, which is my EA username. I had 300k coins, Inform 87 Son, 91 Champions League Live Sterling, Ones to Watch Alisson, Gold Rare Kyle Walker, and 9 100k packs saved for the Premier League team of the season. However, when I checked my account today, all my items were missing. Strangely, they were replaced by silvers in my club and active squad. I've never experienced a hack like this before, as I've been playing since FIFA 09. Can you please assist in restoring my lost items? I appreciate your help in resolving this matter.
Best regards,
XxOlliexX225 (Oliver Walter)
