I am 14 years old and have invested a lot of money into your game without getting any good players. I have been playing FIFA games since FIFA 12 on both PS4 and Xbox, but I have never received good players in packs. I recently spent £11.99 and did not even get a board player. I sold part of my team to buy a 100k pack, but still did not get a board player, even though there is a 99% chance of getting an 82+ player. I got an 81-rated Gomis. I enjoy opening packs for fun, but after never getting anyone good, I am starting to lose interest. My Xbox username is TommyWest27.

Hello EA team, I am a player of FIFA 19 Ultimate Team and I am encountering an issue with accessing the transfer market through the companion app or the web page. Each time I attempt to open the transfer market on either platform, I receive a notification stating, "You do not have access to the transfer market yet. Play more FUT 19 on the PS4 to unlock it." I've been troubleshooting issues with mods in The Sims 4 for the past few months. Despite reinstalling the game multiple times through Origin after the mods stopped working around November, I'm still facing difficulties. I followed the proper steps to unzip the files using Keka, but my mods and custom content (CC) are not appearing when I launch the game. I have checked that I have the mods and CC placed correctly in the mods folder within the Electronic Arts file path (Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Mods), with custom content and script mods enabled in the game settings. Additionally, the Resource file is located in the mods folder. I play on a [redacted] MacBook Pro that is up to date and have never encountered mod issues before.

Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to address an ongoing issue with the NFS No Limit mobile version that has been causing me frustration. Upon completing races, I am not receiving any cash rewards. Despite raising multiple tickets with FireMonkey Studios, the bug has not been resolved even after the latest update. I am disappointed by this lack of action, particularly after having paid for the game. Upon returning home, I logged into Apex Legends with the intention of purchasing [redacted] Apex coins for $15 using an Xbox card; however, upon realizing I already had $7 on the account, I also bought the starter pack. After completing the transactions, only the weapon skin and account badge appeared in my account, without the Apex coins. I initially attributed this to a glitch and restarted the game, but upon confirming the charge on my account, the coins were still missing after an hour. I request a resolution by receiving the [redacted] Apex coins I purchased or a refund as this experience is unacceptable compared to other companies I have dealt with before.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulties with my EA account. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my EA account. I am considering buying The Sims 4 for my Mac running macOS Sierra. I created an account on EA's official website but am experiencing issues purchasing the game from either Origin or TS4 website. When trying TS4 website, I am automatically signed in on some tabs but signed out on others, making it frustrating to make a purchase. When attempting to sign in on certain tabs, the page reloads and does not allow me to proceed. Trying to buy the game directly prompts me to sign in, but the cycle repeats. Navigating to Origin's website presents a "Sign in failure" message and clicking on the TS4 purchase page button does not work at all. In Madden 19, I recently completed a limited time event and was excited to receive a 99 Gronk, a 97 Shaq Mason, and a 97 Ultimate Legend Bryant Young. I decided to keep Gronk and Mason for my Ultimate Team but planned to sell Young as I already had his card from a previous purchase. When attempting to list Young on the market for [redacted],[redacted] bid and [redacted],[redacted] buy now, there was an unexpected mishap. Despite my intention to set a competitive price, the auction was posted with a buy now price of only [redacted] coins. I was shocked when I realized he had sold for such a low amount. This situation is frustrating as I put effort into earning these rewards in the game. I hope to find a resolution to this issue and appreciate any assistance in reclaiming my lost Bryant Young card.

I've noticed that the free version of Scrabble has some frustrating ads - they don't have any images, just sound. When the ad plays, there's only a "Shop Now" button on a black screen, making it impossible to see what's being advertised. I was considering purchasing the ad-free version, but feedback from friends and online reviews suggest there's no escape from the ads. It's really irritating because my mom and I enjoy playing together, especially since she lives far away. I've spoken to friends worldwide, and we all share the frustration of being forced to listen to ads we can't even see. The long wait for the game list to refresh every time I want to play, even with just one ongoing game, is also a nuisance. It's disappointing that such a lovely family game is spoiled by these issues, and it's a shame that there isn't a better version available.

In a recent match in Division 2, after leading 6-1 with less than a minute left, my opponent paused the game, leading me to believe he was going to quit. Upon returning, I scored another goal resulting in a connection loss. Instead of being 5-2-2 with a chance to advance to Division 1, I received a "maintain division bonus of [redacted]" message. This is the second time I have been disconnected in crucial games, hindering my progression. I am concerned about starting Division 2 again due to these incidents. I am open to providing game history screenshots, reporting the gamer tag, or replaying the game if needed. I have been a loyal player of the NHL franchise since Playstation 1 and have built my team without spending real money. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response. I recently played The Sims 4, but when I tried to play again, I found out that my EA account got banned or suspended. I mainly play The Sims 4, and I have spent over $[redacted] on it. I also purchased the Premier Origin membership to have access to the game. I'm only 16, and I've used my hard-earned money on this game. It's devastating to see all of that go to waste. The assistance I received from EA Help on Twitter hasn't been helpful at all. They advised me to send an email and wait for 72 hours, which I have already done. It's really unfair to lose all that money. I just want to be able to enjoy playing again. Could someone please assist in resolving this issue?

I purchased the deluxe version of Battlefield 5 on my parental account. However, when playing on my separate account on the same PS4, I did not receive the deluxe content, only on the parental account. I attempted linking the same EA account to both, but it did not resolve the issue. How can I ensure I have access to the deluxe content on my main account? I would appreciate it if the deluxe content from Battlefield could be transferred from my parental account (tzmorris) to my primary account (MattStan_Tz).

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my EA account linked to my primary PSN ID on my PS4. The EA account is associated with an outdated email address which I believe was initially used to create my PSN account. I have since updated my email, but I cannot access the EA account because I cannot recall the password and the "forgot password" feature is not helpful due to the inactive email. Good evening. I attempted to purchase additional content for The Sims 4 today but encountered issues. I tried adding it to my cart but was unable to do so. Upon realizing I needed to add a payment method to my account, I faced a major problem. Every time I tried to add my billing information, a black screen with black text appeared but never fully loaded to allow me to input my card details. I have tried various troubleshooting steps including restarting Origin, waiting for it to load, restarting my computer, and reinstalling Origin without success. If this cannot be resolved, could someone on your end please add my payment information so I can proceed with my purchases? I have been dealing with this issue since 2 pm and it is now 4.

Dear Sirs, I have been a customer for several years, and there have been periodic updates with no issues. However, the latest update revealed that my computer's hardware does not meet the minimum requirements for your system. Consequently, I am unable to play my games as the installation process encounters problems. I kindly request access to my account to download the games before closing it since I find it unnecessary to keep it active if I cannot run them through Origin. Thank you.

Approximately a month ago, when I logged into Apex after a long break, I was surprised to see a ban message on my screen claiming EA had banned me for cheating. I appealed the ban, but EA replied, stating their investigation upheld the ban. Although I usually would have created a new account for a free game, I had invested in this one. Upon reviewing my emails, I noticed unauthorized login attempts to my EA account, possibly leading to my ban. I contacted EA once more, completed additional security steps like setting up two-factor authentication, and waited another two weeks for a response, only to receive the same email upholding the ban. Despite reaching out to EA via Twitter, I have not received any further assistance.

I am dissatisfied with the game experience. The game's controls are unresponsive, causing my players to move unexpectedly. This lack of control makes the game unfair, as my quarterback even stopped evading a sack despite my commands. During live play, my players' movements seem out of my control, leading to frustrating situations. I expect my players to maneuver around defenders as directed, without the computer intervening to force a different outcome, which feels like cheating. I believe the game creators should focus on developing fair and competitive games rather than deceiving players. I have decided not to support EA further, and I suggest refunds for players who have invested in this unsatisfactory gaming experience.

I have been attempting to play Star Wars Battlefront 2 for the past week, and the game is unplayable. Every time I join a game, it freezes and kicks me out to the title screen with error code [redacted]. Despite troubleshooting on my end by restarting my Xbox, router, and even switching to a network with less traffic on the advice of my internet service provider, the issue persists. I am now left with the belief that the problem lies with the connection to the game's servers.
