Help with my Electronic Arts issue
GetHuman2609086's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Electronic Arts doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman2609086 will need to dig through the advice provided by Electronic Arts, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman2609086 can let us know if they help or not.

The issue in GetHuman2609086's own words
Purchase Sims * for Mac. ... Alright. So. I was considering purchasing The Sims * for my Mac. I have macOS Sierra, if that info's needed. I visited EA's official website, and created an account for myself. Now, as far as I know, the two places to buy the game are on Origin's website, and on the Sims * website. However, neither worked. In the TS* website, it would automatically sign me in on the home page. It would keep me logged in on the "Features" tab, the Home Page, and the "News" tab. It would weirdly automatically sign me out in the "Media" tab, the "Store" tab, the "Community" tab, and, infuriatingly, the "Buy Now" tab. If I try to sign in on any of these tabs, the page reloads, send me to the page's bottom real quick, and then goes back to the top of the page. If I try to buy it straightaway, it tells me to sign in. If a click it, it does the EXACT. SAME. THING. * If I try to go to Origin's website, and try to sign in, it tells me, "Sign in failure: Sign in is currently unavailable. Please try again later." If I try to go to The TS* purchase page, and I click the button, it does.... NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. I just need a quick and easy solution for either fixing one of these two sources without downloading a million softwares, or maybe just an easier way to get the game. Thanks, and please get back to me with some decent answer. This is my first time trying your help system, so... Yeah.*-B
Any "Help" options don't help and don't fit my specific issue.

I'm new, and I expected to be able to ******* sign in.
I tried to contact EA directly, but that didn't work...
