Re-instate main account. allow to trade. ... My son has been a EA FIFA customer for * years. He has had the same account since ****. Recently, due to his transferring some coins to a friend, and error on his behalf and has apologised several times, his main account has been made such that he is unable to trade. **Through the worldwide customer experience we have now been told there is nothing they can do. Even though we were initially told, based on the small amount of the transfer that his account would be re-installed in full. **His squad value is worth circa *.* million and is happy to keep his current squad as untradable as a penalty, so long as he has access to the market. **We have loyal customers whom made a mistake. Over the past * years we have spent over $**,***.** AUD on the only game my son enjoys. **Is there some resolution we can come to as a gesture of good will ? **I am happy to provide account details etc upon request. **Kind regards
After several on line chats, we had the impression that there would be some penalty, i.e but the account would be fine and able to trade on the market going forward.
Re-instating the account with a warning or make current squad untradable.
