The issue in GetHuman-rijegil's own words
hi, i was playing pogo, playing quinns aquamarium and it froze after i hit restart level and had used free spaces to help me get past a level. i lost the free spots when i went back into the game. i know it isnt my internet service as i run over *** m*bps. this isnt the first time this has happened in that game. something needs to be done about this issue. as it is i cant afford to put more money into pogo at this time and my renewal is coming up this month. i am just trying to play all i can before my time expires as i will not be renewing club pogo at this time. it will be after the new year that i will be renewing my club pogo. i would like to find out how this is gonna be compensated with the losing of the free spots. as i said this has happened before and i had let it pass, but if something isnt done. then maybe i will just not renew my account or the rest of my families accounts after the new year and just play games that dont require being a "member" of a club.
GetHuman-rijegil did not yet indicate what Electronic Arts should do to make this right.
