I've been playing Madden online on my mobile device now for * years I spent money on in app purchases I've played hundreds of hours of game time and now all of a sudden I can't get to the things that I bought last season that were supposed to transfer over my stadiums my uniforms and other things that I bought I don't know why my phone keeps disconnecting from overdrive but there's a connectivity issue that issue is causing me to lose progress on my rewards tiers I've been gold level rewards here in overdrive twice in the last * days both times the connectivity problem has reduced My Rewards tier on overdrive from gold and silver because your game won't stay connected to my phone that's not my fault I should not be penalized in games for what I can't control I would like to have my reward tier reinstated to gold and I would like a redeem code for my purchases that I made last season that was supposed to transfer over that never did and if nothing else a redeem code for some Madden cash so I can rebuy stuff that I should already have I would appreciate it if you can help me out I don't know what else to do thank you for your assistance
