I would like to change my flight to Portugal from this year in August **** to next year August ****. Is this possible to do? A s the online form on your website only lets me to change it to May ****.*I have been trying to contact the customer service this last * weeks on several days, no one answers my call and after * hours of waiting in call queue the call just drops. As you can understand I'm getting very stress about all of this. I understand that you are very busy but is there anyone that can help me with my query?
