My flight to Malta in May **** was cancelled due to Covid-**. I was email a voucher to use for an alternative booking with the instruction to do this through Customer Service. After many calls i finally got through about ** days ago and made a booking. I was told that I would get confirmation of this by email.**I have received nothing and have been unable to get back to them by phone. I have been left holding on for over * hours before finally giving up. I want to arrange insurance cover but need confirmation of my flights first.
GetHuman-jgurney did not yet indicate what Easyjet should do to make this right.
