I cancelled a booking with easyJet and received an email confirming my cancellation and saying my refund would be in my account by * days. On checking my statement today they have taken out the refund and charged me for the flight again. The original booking was £***.** and the refund £***.**. I cannot afford to pay this when I shouldn't have to. I have tried ringing easyJet but have been on the phone for nearly **mins. all charged at local rates so cannot afford this either and as my booking no longer appears on my app. there is nothing I can do.
