Booking ref: EXJ*PZV*I have * seats booked on your flight EZY**** Liverpool to Venice on **th March ****. *I have not been contacted by you so, as per your website, assume the flight is going ahead.*We have today been advised by the hotel in Venice that we cannot stay with them because of the Coronavirus situation. *Likewise, Belmond (the company operating the Orient Express) have today advised that our journey from Venice to London on the **th March has, also, been cancelled due to the virus. *In addition, the government is saying only essential travel to Venice is recommended, with anyone returning from this part of Italy required to self isolate for *-** days, as a precaution. *In view of the factors above, there is no sensible reason why we should take the flight. *Are you willing to offer a refund?
