Dear Customer Service, I wanted to inform you that our flight from Berlin Tegel to London Gatwick, with booking reference K1BMXXN, was canceled due to weather conditions. We were rebooked on the next available flight on Wednesday afternoon. Since we were supposed to return home today, we are now in a difficult situation with no money left for food and transportation. I've been on hold with customer service for over an hour and 15 minutes seeking assistance. As a young traveler, this is quite distressing for me. I would greatly appreciate any help and advice you can provide during this challenging time.

My sister and mother were supposed to arrive from Nice yesterday on flight EZY [redacted] at 11:00 a.m. The flight got canceled, and they were provided with vouchers for taxi and a hotel. They were informed about available flights for Wednesday. After reaching the hotel at 11 p.m., their taxi initially took them to the wrong hotel along with 14 other passengers due to misinformation from EasyJet at the airport. They were then informed they were only booked for one night with breakfast. I am in urgent need of assistance to confirm an additional two nights' stay on a Full Board Basis at the hotel. I've attempted to contact customer service, but the call got disconnected after waiting on hold for 49 minutes. Please help me resolve this matter promptly. Kind regards, A.P. and C.S. Yesterday, the flight from Luxembourg to London was cancelled, causing stress as my friend needed to return to London for a flight to Canada the next morning. She had to take a train instead. Despite my best efforts to request a transfer for one ticket and a refund for the other, after 4 hours on hold, I was informed this was not possible. I ended up having to pay an additional £60, which feels unjust as the mistake was made by my friend, not myself. I kindly ask for a refund, as I reside in London from Australia and cannot easily afford this unexpected expense. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the cancellation of my Easyjet flight on the 10th of January from Gatwick to Dusseldorf. Due to this cancellation, I will not be able to use my return flight with the flight number EJU882 from Amsterdam to Gatwick. I have been unsuccessful in trying to cancel this flight online. Additionally, I am seeking a refund since I had to forgo the initial part of my journey, rendering the return flight unnecessary. Kindly provide guidance on how I can cancel today's flight and obtain a refund, as I am unable to utilize it because of the previously mentioned Easyjet cancellation on the 10th of February at 6:30 am.

Good morning, I made a flight, baggage, and car hire reservation online last night. The booking reference is K1G3LSV. I am Susan T., traveling to Glasgow from Bristol. I realized I hadn't received a confirmation email, so I called EasyJet. I was informed that I entered my email address incorrectly and could correct it under "manage my bookings." Unfortunately, I couldn't locate my booking due to the incorrect email. My flight is in April, and I would appreciate help resolving this issue and receiving the confirmation documents via email.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing regarding my recent EasyJet flight experience, booking reference K1F5NR9, under Yvonne Macgregor. The return flight on February 9th had to be cancelled due to Storm Ciara, causing major disruptions. The airport staff provided limited assistance, leading me to rebook for February 11th. Following their advice, we attempted to travel back to London via train on February 10th, incurring additional costs for train tickets and hotel accommodation. I called customer service to cancel the rebooked flight. I kindly request reimbursement for the total incurred costs as follows: 1. Refund needed for the cancelled flight (£[redacted].98, bank ending in '[redacted]') 2. Hotel accommodation on February 9th (£82.72, bank ending in '[redacted]') 3. Train tickets on February 10th from Glasgow to Edinburgh (£26.80) and Edinburgh to London (£[redacted].50, both paid from bank ending in '[redacted]') The total refund amount required for bank ending in '[redacted]' is £[redacted].02, and for bank ending in '[redacted]' is £[redacted].62. I would greatly appreciate prompt attention and reimbursement for these expenses. Thank you for your assistance. Best, Sofia Targova

I made a booking tonight for my granddaughter and her friend using my email address and my husband's credit card. The booking reference is KLGFVJV or possibly KIGFVJV, and the hotel reference is [redacted]. The passengers' names are Chloe M. and Phoebe Q., while my name is Ann B. and my husband is Philip B. When I tried to access the booking using my email, it said no booking was found. Do I need my granddaughter to sign in using her name as the lead passenger, or can you email me the holiday details for printing? I need to know the balance due date, check-in information, and how to access and print out passes, hotel vouchers, and transfer details. This is my first time booking with easyJet and the long wait on the phone has been frustrating. Your assistance is appreciated.

I received an email from Easyjet yesterday afternoon. I've been trying to reach customer care for 7 hours since 3 p.m. yesterday. Unfortunately, my calls kept getting disconnected every half hour to an hour. I also tried the chat team but was 33rd in line until midnight with no response. I need assistance regarding my flight. I am booked on the 16:20 flight from Luton to Marco Polo Airport, and I am unsure if it will operate due to Storm Dennis. Easyjet provided a free transfer due to the storm. Can I get an earlier flight, or will Easyjet operate additional flights? I have incurred a high phone bill trying to contact Easyjet. Please advise if we are traveling tomorrow as a family of 3 and provide information on the flight time. I am eagerly waiting for your response. Thank you.

Booking reference EWZHP1Q for Mr. WRIGHT. On January 17th, I reserved 6 hold bags, but mistakenly booked 1 extra bag. I contacted an EasyJet representative named Sangram, who assured me he would promptly refund the £27.98. Despite my attempts to follow up by phone, I have not yet received the reimbursement. I hope to resolve this matter soon.

I had a booking for a trip to Prague with Thomas Cook in December, but EasyJet couldn't trace it and said they wouldn't honor it. I rebooked everything through a different agent for the same hotel and flights. When trying to make a claim with Atoll, they directed me to Expedia. Upon contacting Expedia, they confirmed with EasyJet that we were marked as no-shows on December 9th, yet we used our hotel room in Prague with the same room number from both bookings. Despite having proof of the second payment, I'm frustrated as I spent hours on the phone being redirected and told conflicting information. I'm confused as to how we accessed our hotel room if we missed the flight. I really need assistance and clarification on this issue. Thank you. Ruth B.

I need to cancel a flight I booked on February 6 for February 20. I purchased cancellation insurance for the flight due to my illness and inability to travel. However, in order to obtain the entitled refund, I was instructed to call the number 0[redacted], which unfortunately seems to be out of service. I am frustrated by the difficulty I have faced in this process and hope for your assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

Hello, I hope you are well. I have been attempting to cancel my travel to Venice, Italy, which I booked with you since Wednesday, February 26th. My booking reference number is K1H5LVW. Due to the global spread of the coronavirus, including in Italy, I was finally able to speak with Sibu and cancel my flight. Sibu suggested I reach out to Zuric Insurance for a refund of the Travel Insurance costs I paid. After contacting them, I spoke with Jamie, who directed me to contact EasyJet customer service for the refund of my travel insurance money. The policy number is [redacted]. I would appreciate it if you could assist me with the refund process. Thank you, Krishna Neupane

I recently booked a flight with easyJet from Lisbon to Zurich. I had 24 hours to cancel and successfully canceled one set of tickets. However, I encountered issues canceling the second set with reference number K1JQPDP. Despite my efforts for three hours, the "manage my flights" button was not accessible, leading to frustration. When attempting to contact customer service, the phone line directed me to call back during business hours, and the online chat support was unavailable after waiting for 90 minutes. I am seeking a refund for the unused tickets, deducting the change fee.

I've attempted to reach out to EasyJet on both the French and English contact numbers provided (+44 0[redacted]), but have not received a response.
