Hello! Unfortunately, we missed our flight this morning due to a canceled train in Sweden, arriving 10 minutes after our boarding time. We waited in line for customer service for 1.5 hours, but left without any resolution. We were able to book another flight to Berlin at 9:00 PM, hoping to transfer to the earlier 4:00 PM flight. Despite arriving 40 minutes before boarding, we were told to wait until everyone boarded. With only 15 minutes left until the gate closed, we were informed it was too late to make any changes without incurring additional costs. It was frustrating to encounter such difficulty and lack of assistance. I apologize if my tone comes off as rude, but the service provided was extremely disappointing.

Hello! I'm reaching out regarding our missed flight today due to a canceled train in Sweden, causing us to arrive 10 minutes late for boarding. After waiting 1.5 hours in the customer service line with no resolution, we booked another flight to Berlin/Tegel at 21:00 while hoping to switch to the 16:00 flight. Despite arriving 50 minutes early and inquiring about available seats, we were told to wait until everyone boarded. Just 15 minutes before the gate closed, we were informed it was too late for changes and would incur additional costs. It's frustrating that a simple request became so complicated and costly. We are disappointed with the lack of assistance provided by the staff. We are requesting a refund for the last flight and are willing to forfeit the ticket fees.

Booking Reference EXSVSZ7 under the names of S. and J. LEE for the 3rd of April [redacted]. Our long-standing booking for a trip to Tenerife over Easter is impacted by the current situation with the coronavirus. We have carefully considered the advice provided by Easy Jet, especially given that our daughter-in-law is a cabin manager with your airline and reassures us of your safety measures. However, due to medical reasons detailed in the attached letter from our GP, we, both in our mid-seventies, with my diabetes and my wife's neutropenia affecting her immune system, are contemplating deferring our trip to Tenerife to minimize any potential risks of exposure to the virus. We seek guidance on the options available to us in this situation.

I made a car hire booking on the EasyJet website for a trip to Munich on March 6, [redacted]. Upon arrival at the rental desk, I was informed about a £[redacted] deposit for fuel charges. Concerned about the high deposit, I decided not to proceed with the booking. I then took a train to my destination in Landeck, Austria, which took about 5 hours. Over the following days, I tried reaching out to EasyJet through their website and Car Trawler to cancel the booking but couldn't find any matching details. I attempted to contact EasyJet's customer service via online chat but was informed that the fee wouldn't be refunded as it was my responsibility to understand the terms, including the £[redacted] deposit for fuel. I explained my reasons for walking away from the deal due to the lack of clarity regarding the deposit.

Subject: Missed Flight on 7 March [redacted] - Booking K1H92K1 - Lisbon to Paris Hello, Today, unfortunately, I missed my flight due to being three minutes late. I would like to bring to your attention the unforseen circumstances that led to this situation. As I stood in line in front of your counter, a long queue delayed my progress. When I finally reached the counter at 8:18 am for the 8:55 am flight, I was denied a boarding pass by your staff. Despite my pleas, the staff's response was discourteous, instructing me to purchase a new ticket. I understand occasional delays from the airline's side, but I believe flexibility should be exercised when passengers face unforeseen delays. Adequate staffing at the check-in desk could have expedited the process. I kindly request a refund for the unused ticket as a gesture of goodwill. As a loyal customer, I trust in your commitment to customer service. Thank you, Hari SK

I am experiencing difficulties with making changes to my booking on the EasyJet website. Despite being outside the 24-hour window, I have been unable to get through to the Call Center after waiting for over an hour on three separate occasions. The automated system triggered numerous messages each time I called, with long wait times of up to nearly two hours. This lack of customer service has left me frustrated and out of pocket. I had to book a separate flight due to the website error and now I am requesting a refund for the £[redacted] paid. The booking reference for the new flight is [redacted]. I hope EasyJet can address these issues promptly. Thank you. - P. Cutler, Disappointed EasyJet Customer

Hello, my name is Eric Farrar. I have made a booking for 2 people with reference K1FFQTC. Due to our age and the current situation with the virus, we have been advised against flying to Edinburgh and returning to Bristol. I have spent 2 hours trying to reach you to cancel the flight, but communication has been very difficult. Please ensure that this cancellation is recorded for the flight scheduled for 09/03/[redacted]. As a long-standing EasyJet member, I apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to contact you.

Hello, I recently made a flight reservation from Paris to Berlin from the 13th to the 16th with booking reference K1JPRC5. I am an Italian passport holder and I am concerned about potential issues with re-entry into France due to the current travel regulations. Can you please advise if there is a possibility of being blocked at the airport when returning to Paris from Germany? Additionally, I would like to know if there is any specific documentation I should carry to prove that I have not been in Italy since January. Thank you for your assistance. S.R.

I made a claim for expenses with the reference number [redacted]54, which has been rejected as alternative flights were provided. Our original flight from Gatwick to the Isle of Man on Sunday, February 9th, was canceled due to high winds. The only options offered were flights from Liverpool the next day, making it impossible for us to return to Gatwick until Wednesday. With work commitments, we had to reluctantly accept the alternative from Liverpool. Subsequently, trying to travel from Euston train station proved difficult with closures and cancellations, leading to a long journey back to Liverpool via Stoke on Trent. We incurred additional expenses for an overnight stay in Liverpool, although some others received accommodation from Easyjet. Considering the travel disruptions that weekend, we believe a refund for our train and taxi costs is reasonable under the circumstances.

I have booked a flight from Milan to Lamezia for the 20th of March with a return on the 30th of March. Due to the decree on Saturday, March 7th, it's not possible to leave Lombardy unless for serious reasons until at least April 2nd. Even if I could travel, I've been informed that I would have to quarantine in Calabria, which would make it impossible for me to take the return flight. Therefore, I am forced to cancel or suspend my trip until traveling across all of Italy is allowed. My booking reference is K1KMDZ1 under the name Giorgio Lorenzo. I would like to know what steps to take. Thank you.

I need to cancel booking K1HJ3T9 for a flight from Barcelona to Paris on March 10, [redacted] for Adele M and Travis M Kroeger. Unfortunately, my son's study abroad program in Italy got suspended due to COVID-19, forcing him to return to the USA. Please process a refund for taxes, fares, seat, and baggage charges. The flight in question is EJU3920. If the flight ends up being canceled, could I get a complete refund? I've been attempting to contact your office via phone but have been on hold for more than 2 hours.

Booking Reference: EXJ4PZV. I have reservations for 2 seats on flight EZY7061 from Liverpool to Venice on March 24, [redacted]. I have not received any communication from your end and assume the flight is still scheduled based on the website information. However, our hotel in Venice has informed us that we cannot stay there due to the Coronavirus situation. Additionally, Belmond has canceled our journey from Venice to London on March 28 due to the virus outbreak. The government advises only essential travel to Venice and suggests self-isolation for travelers returning from this area. Considering these circumstances, it seems impractical to take the flight. Could you please confirm if a refund can be arranged?

We checked in for our flights on the EasyJet website and were assigned seats 25D and 25E (aisle and middle). Could we possibly switch to seats closer to the front and a window seat? One passenger has a medical condition and being closer to the front would be more comfortable. A window seat would allow for resting against the wall during the flight.

I wish to register a complaint about the service provided. Booking Reference: EXVN6XJ Annually, my company and I fly with your airline for our vacation. We had booked a flight from Tel-Aviv to Geneva eight months ago, with departure on 10th March [redacted] and return on 17th March [redacted] for four people. Due to the growing concerns surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus, we opted to change our flight dates. Many flights from Israel were canceled, and the Israeli government advised against travel, with a mandatory 14-day quarantine upon return as of yesterday, making the vacation unfeasible. Attempting to change the dates online through your website proved futile due to technical issues. We contacted your support team, enduring a one-hour wait on an international call until a friendly representative tried but failed to resolve the issue. Regrettably, the suggested solution was to call again later to make the necessary changes. Considering the current circumstances, extended waiting times, and the complexity of phone reservations, we find this unsatisfactory. As customers of your esteemed airline, we expected a more efficient alternative. We urgently need to change our flights by 11:00 (Israel Time). Meanwhile, we also request a cancellation of our current tickets with a full refund. Awaiting your prompt resolution. Thank you, Passengers: Mr SHARON SHTEVI Mr ITAI COHEN Mr MOSHE RESHEF Mr OREN PARNAS
