I am still waiting on a reply from easyJet but no-one has helped me I am so disappointed in the service I have received I have lost out on a lot of money through no fault of my own

Myself and my best friend were to fly out from Belfast international on the ** th of October to Liverpool that morning we were in que from * am at checkout no one was there at checkout we stood in que for ages they were calling flights for Bristol and Manchester but not once did we hear our flights bring called when we got to check out desk we were told that we were too late I paid a lot of money for this flight it was supposed to be a surprise trip for my friend but it turned out a disaster I was very upset out this as it customer service team told me to I woul have to pay another £** pounds each to get another flight that day at * o'clock I couldn't do that as I already paid £ nearly £*** for the flights we were supposed to go on I had to pay £** pound to get a taxi to ferry then another £** to travel on ferry witch took us * hours to get to Liverpool our holiday was ruined due to lack of help from easy jet at airport in Belfast international airport I am asking u to refund my flight money as we were treated so unfair as airport.we fly all time with easyJet but this time we were in que for do long blond helped us to get to check in desk in time I have a photo of the que witch k sent to my kids an hour he before check-in waiting in que but to be told by time we were seen we were too late our holiday was ruined I stress that if easyJet donor refund our flights I will be making a formal complaints to higher orthorities on this matter

I did notiss my flight it was easyjet fault as they didn't call out our flights when we were in que to check in
