The issue in GetHuman-powellau's own words
I travelled on Easy Jet flight no EZY**** to Tenerife on *-*-**.*I went hand luggage only, which should eliminate lost bags and delay. However your planes would appear not to accommodate all passengers hand luggage. My wife and I were both told that our bags would be put in the hold. This meant I had nothing with me and valuable items were in the hold. *The porter responsible managed to place my wife's bag on the plane but left mine at Gatwick.*We waited over an hour at the other end until we were sure no more bags were coming through.*I then logged the missing bag at the Easy Jet office, ( file ref - TFSU*********JAN*******GMT ) where eventually I was told the bag was at Gatwick, and she had been notified earlier that it would be on the next flight. Would have been nice if somebody had told us and saved two hours of our time!*I was then told it would be delivered to our hotel, but not until the next morning for no apparent reason.*When it had not turned up by **am, the time I was told would be the latest, I called back and she said the courier had had an accident, but it would arrive by *.**pm at the latest.*When it didn't, I called again and was told it would definitely be with me by the end of the evening!*It finally arrived, covered in large greasy black marks, but at least the contents were intact.*I've not received any sort of apology, or compensation, for a very marred day and a half of my short break away.*I'm aware your prices are very low but my treatment is inexcusable and if don't receive some positive response from you I intend to be very vocal about you on social media.*Yours expectantly*Julian Powell.
