My bank statement for July shows that you have charged us ***,** euros and ***,** euros. Unfortunately, my wife and I are in our nineties and were unable to travel because of ill-health. We informed you that we were thus unable to make the flights and you said we would be charges only **,** euros cancellation fee, therefore you have overcharges us. I sent you all this information on the **th August and also ** August and have had no response which is poor relationships with customers
