When in queue at airport we received a text saying that the flight had been canelled! This would have been better if we had received this prior to trying to arrive for departure. Anyway, the ground staff informed us that we were to return home and apply online to reschedule our cancelled flight. When we did this, there was no flight available until **th March, which was * days before we were originally due to fly back and had already boked the time off work. At that point we telephoned customer services who said that they would reimburse us, but no reimbursement has ever been forthcoming from you, therefore I am chasing our reimbursement. I am also claiming for a taxi charge which was £**. I think it's disgusting that we've had to wait so long and that no-one has got back to us and that we keep having to chase you to pay our money back! Please would you get in touch to rectify this, otherwise I shall be forced to contact ATOL and make a formal complaint. Thank you.
they've held my money for * months and the place we were staying at wouldn't reimburse due to such short notice as easy jet texted that flight had been cancelled whilst stood in the queue to check in. surely they must have realised before this point.
I want my money back from flights, compensation for taxi fares and also compensation for cancelled accommodation in Portugal as they wouldn't reimburse due to such short notice * some sort of goodwill gesture as you have held our money for well over * months and the stress and time it has taken to get hold of you to resolve the issue. Only last week I rang customer services number and was on hold for ** minutes.
I expected more than this - I expected a full refund, or at least the opportunity to rebook flight within the time we had taken off work.

Rang twice more and have had to hold for ** minutes on one call and ** minutes on another without speaking to anyone It's very frustrating. Tried ringing...again...still on hold after ** mins...they're ALWAYS experiencing high volume calls! So much for customer service
