I have made repeated attempts to contact E-Rewards, and have not gotten a satisfactory response.*On June **, ****, I redeemed $**.** worth of E-Rewards currency for a $** Express gift card. The ID number for this transaction is *****. To this date, I have not received my reward. I have been waiting for four months and find this totally unacceptable. I have redeemed currency for rewards in the past and have always received my e-gift cards immediately. I demand a response and the award of my $** Express card.*Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
