I had an intern over the summer who told me they were signing up for a free dropbox account. It is supposed to be up to *GB. I have not used the account since and realized today that I have been charged $**.** per month for the last * months. I never authorized this. I did not sign up for it. It was supposed to be the Dropbox basic account. I contacted the chat support and was told that there would be no refund and she would not let me talk to a supervisor. It is hard for me to understand your business practices. I am a one person blog. It is obvious that I have not been using Dropbox. Regardless, I had * GB of photos which is well under the *GB free account. What does Dropbox gain by taking advantage of someone? Are is a copy of the chat.
