Money has been taken out of my bank account by you without my knowledge

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. However, we want to affirm that Dropbox doesn't make unauthorized charges. If you see unexpected charges from Dropbox, it may mean that someone else has gotten access to your account or has used your payment details. You should immediately investigate to ensure your bank account and Dropbox account are secure. We also strongly recommend changing your Dropbox password as well as any other accounts where you've used the same or similar passwords. i need to speak to someone about files are being deleted

If you notice that files are being deleted from your Dropbox account, it's possible that they're being deleted by someone who has access to the account or by an application that has permission to delete files. You can try recovering deleted files by visiting the Dropbox website, signing in, and then selecting 'Deleted Files' from the left-side menu. The files should be in the list, and you can restore them by clicking the 'Restore' button. However, if you believe your account has been compromised, we recommend changing your password immediately and reviewing your connected devices and apps in your security settings.

Dropbox won't open on my computer or my phone

If Dropbox isn't opening on your computer or phone, first ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Then, try restarting your devices. If the problem persists, update your Dropbox application to the latest version. On a computer, you can also try disabling your firewall and antivirus temporarily to see if they're causing the issue. Clearing the cache might also help; you can do this in the app's settings. Lastly, ensure that your devices meet the system requirements for running Dropbox. If none of these steps solve the issue, it might be caused by a problem on Dropbox's end, in which case you'll have to wait for them to resolve it.

How Do I Recover Account Access to My Dropbox Account?

If you are having trouble signing in to your Dropbox account, it might be because you entered the wrong password. To recover access, you can reset your password by going to the Forgot your password page on Dropbox's website. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you can't remember the email address associated with your account, you can use the debit and credit card charge lookup tool. For team accounts, you may need to check with your administrator regarding single sign-on and password control settings. If there are suspicious sign-in attempts to your account, Dropbox will send a one-time security code to your email address.
