I am looking over my bill and something does not seem right. Our power usage is up from last year and the highest it has been all year* thus resulting in our bill being outrageously high. This makes absolutely no sense because neither I, nor my roommate have been in the apartment since the end of November. We turned off all lights, unplugged all TV's and other appliances and our usage still continues to skyrocket into January even though we are not returning to the apartment until tomorrow and have not been there all year.
