Good morning my name is kita Watkins and I am a faithful customer. I refer most people I know to your stores especially your location in Tyler TX on Erwin & Hwy **. I’m sending this complaint @*:** because this is the *nd time that I have asked your “manager” for assistance with something*product that I was sent to find it trying to find on my own and she says YOU CAN GOOGLE IT! I’m ** years old I know to google something if I’m trying to find it! She then went on and said “my name is tristine “ or whatever it is,she said it so quick. But she is an older looking Caucasian lady that went on to say I have to go do some paperwork or something in the back. Then a black lady at the register spoke up and said we don’t have any control over the other stores we don’t know anything about what they have! Well I don’t know if it’s true or not ,about control I just wanted to know if they*you guys had hand warmers because where I work is cold! I could’ve easily made the left and went to Walmart!! *I have bad mornings too sometimes but if you are in customer service the customer is always right! *The manager needs to be taught to treat or talk to people the way she wants to be treated or talked to or she needs to be demoted! ***-***-****
