I have not placed the online order yet on the website. I am having difficulty selecting the local Dollartree store for delivery. I live closest to the Dollartree store in Milton, FL [redacted], but I'm willing to pick up my order at the Pace, FL [redacted] location. However, the online procedure seems to be directing me to the Davis Hwy store in Pensacola, FL ([redacted]). If this store has more space to hold my order until I pick it up, then I understand. Should I proceed with this only option available or is there a way to have my order sent to the Pace or Milton location instead?

I encountered an issue today at 5:30 pm in Brownfield, TX. The Dollar Tree store was closed without any indication to customers. Several people, including myself, arrived only to find a locked door. I attempted to contact corporate while sitting in my car. It would be helpful if the store had a sign or note indicating the closure, to prevent confusion among customers. I hope the store can improve its communication in the future.

I previously worked there and encountered an issue with a manager. Since I've relocated and lack transportation, I asked for a ride to work, which was declined. I messaged a former manager who submitted my resignation. Now, as I applied to Family Dollar, I discovered I was marked as non-rehirable. I'm attempting to reverse this decision, but the current manager advised she couldn't help. I also requested to resign from my position.

Issue: At the Dollar Tree Store in Oxford, Maine, customers are not permitted to keep the support box when buying a case of items. Cashiers remove the support box and retain it because the store profits from recycling it. Customers are required to bring a bag to carry the items instead of using the support box to load their vehicle. If a customer lacks a bag, they are offered the option to purchase one.
Solution: Customers purchasing items by the case should be allowed to retain the support cardboard it comes in for their convenience.

I visited the Dollar Tree on 47th and Broadway in Wichita, KS. After leaving, the store manager came out and started taking pictures of my car, accusing me of stealing stickers. I confronted her, explaining that I had paid for everything, and there were no stickers in my purchase. I informed her I would contact her district manager and a lawyer for harassment. Even though she mentioned checking the cameras and calling the police, they didn't arrive. She eventually admitted to not calling the police and acknowledged that I hadn't taken anything. I made it clear she had harassed me baselessly.

I am Jason Andrew Phares, and I am interested in applying for a position at your Lakeside, CA [redacted] store. Despite sending in several applications, the store manager, Monica, mentioned that she has not received them. She mentioned that she is hiring tomorrow, 8/17/[redacted], contingent on receiving our application. I am unsure of the correct web address to submit the application as Monica provided a number that did not work. I am hoping to find a way to successfully submit my application to Monica. Thank you for your assistance. Jason Andrew Phares.

I am reaching out today for advice regarding a troubling experience with an employee at the Dollar Tree in Salida, Colorado. A few months ago, I accidentally left my wallet at home when shopping at the store and couldn't afford all my items. When I asked the cashier to remove some products, the situation escalated drastically. The manager yelled at me, accused me of stealing, threatened to call the police, and banned me from entering the store. This same manager later confronted me at a gas station and continued to intimidate me. I reported the incidents to the police, but I remain unsure about my rights and how to address this situation. I have attempted to contact the corporate office via email without receiving a response. I seek guidance on how to handle this distressing situation and ensure I can shop peacefully at the store without fear of false accusations or harassment. Thank you, Tara ([redacted]).

Upon entering the store, I had my purchase strapped onto both arms only to be instructed by an associate to leave my backpack outside. I am 47 years old and do not even own a backpack. I wish to bring to the attention of the employees that Waco ISD requires clear backpacks for all school districts. Feeling discriminated against, my daughter and I, as Black individuals, were treated unfairly compared to a Hispanic lady with a similar white bag. I chose to leave without making a purchase as I felt targeted and singled out. Despite the associate attributing this to corporate rules, I find it peculiar that this Dollar Tree on Lake Air and Bosque is the only establishment in Waco enforcing a no backpack policy. I have decided not to return to that store and would rather spend my money elsewhere to ensure fair treatment.

During my recent visit to the Dollar General in Gurnee, I encountered an incredibly rude employee. I was attempting to separate my items on the checkout belt from the customer behind me by using the bar, but the employee abruptly snatched it from my hand without explanation. She then proceeded to mishandle the items of the customer behind me, asking if they belonged to me, disregarding the purpose of the bar completely. This behavior was very different from the friendly service I typically experience at the Grayslake IL store. Unfortunately, this encounter has deterred me from returning to the Gurnee location, and I will opt to shop at Walmart instead during my future visits to the area.

I encountered an extremely rude employee at the store in Gurnee. As I was trying to separate my items on the checkout belt, she abruptly took the bar out of my hand without any explanation. Instead of acknowledging me, she proceeded to mix my items with the customer's items behind me. When I clarified that those items weren't mine and explained why I was using the bar, she remained silent until the checkout was finished. This behavior was very disappointing compared to my pleasant experiences at other Dollar General locations, like the one in Grayslake, IL, where the employees are much friendlier. Unfortunately, this incident will deter me from shopping at the Gurnee store in the future, as I will opt to visit the Walmart across the street instead.

I am a loyal customer of Dollar Tree located on North Ave and Central in Chicago, Illinois. I have been shopping there for a decade, spending between $[redacted] and $[redacted] each visit. Over the last three years, I have had repeated unpleasant encounters with the store manager, an older black woman with green eyes. She follows me around, even checking through my purse, which has been humiliating. Unfortunately, I feel she is targeting me because of my race in this predominantly black neighborhood. On the other hand, Dollar General, owned by the same company, across the street, provides me with a better shopping experience without any issues. I have witnesses to these incidents and would like to address this matter before taking legal action for discrimination. This situation is making it difficult for me, especially since I am disabled and rely on this store to feed my family. My name is Lori Prendergast.

Yesterday, my wallet was stolen from my purse at your store. I have been trying to speak with the manager about it. However, when I talked to her, she mentioned that the camera was buffering. Later in the evening, when I called again, she informed me that she was leaving in 30 minutes and had resets to do, so she couldn't assist me. I would appreciate any help in this matter as I remember what the person who took my wallet looked like. The items in my wallet included $[redacted] in cash, 5 social security cards, credit cards, unused gift cards, food cards for my grandkids, important documents from my late grandmother (for whom I was the POA), and various pictures. Thank you.

I had a negative experience at store location [redacted] on [redacted] Central Drive in East Dublin, Georgia. There is an employee, a black lady whose name I don't know, who was rude and refused to check me out several times without any provocation on my part. During my recent visit, she made me move to the back of the line unjustly and then proceeded to tell other customers she didn't like me. When I calmly addressed the issue, she became verbally aggressive and told me to shut up multiple times. I believe she needs to be spoken to by her manager about her disrespectful behavior towards customers. I'm a paying customer and do not deserve to be treated this way, especially when I haven't done anything wrong. Her unprofessionalism and personal bias are unacceptable, and I felt harassed during my interactions with her. I hope the management takes appropriate action to address this situation.

I resigned yesterday due to retaliation after reporting serious issues to HR. The workplace has bullying, discrimination, hate speech, and numerous policy violations affecting me. If I don't receive assistance, I will contact legal authorities for help.

I organized a birthday celebration for my 15-year-old grandson recently. The main highlight for him was to have a specific number of balloons corresponding to his age. Despite my pre-order for 15 balloons, the store only provided 13, leading to his disappointment. While the store offered to give me the missing balloons later, it didn't make up for the letdown caused during the party. I believe a refund for the entire balloon order is fair compensation for the oversight, as it impacted the event negatively. Getting the right number of balloons for a simple request like this shouldn't be this challenging.

I would like to report an employee named Patience at the store. During my recent visit, she behaved poorly towards children who accidentally knocked over items, using inappropriate language and yelling loudly. The way she handled the situation was shocking, especially considering there were elderly customers present who were also affected by her behavior. Her use of offensive language like swearing in front of customers was highly unprofessional and embarrassing. I believe employees should conduct themselves better when working with the public. Witnessing this incident has made me reconsider shopping at your store unless I can be assured that she is no longer employed there. Treating others with respect is important, and her actions were a disservice to your establishment.

On November 8th, while shopping at Dollar Tree in Goleta, California [redacted] around 9:25 am, I encountered a distressing situation. Upon realizing I had left my bags in the car and went outside to retrieve them, an employee accused me of stealing. Despite explaining that I had not taken anything and was simply going to get my bags, the employee insisted I had stolen something and made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. This confrontation escalated when I returned to the store, and the employee, who identified herself as the manager, continued to treat me disrespectfully. The lack of apology or professionalism in handling the situation was disappointing. Such behavior from staff is unacceptable, and it has deterred me from returning to the store. I feel it is necessary to share this experience to prevent others from facing similar mistreatment.

On December 14th at 7:10 pm, I was making a purchase at Dollar Tree in Edgefield, SC. My total was around $60, so I used two cards, one ending in [redacted] for $9 and one ending in [redacted] for $20. I asked the Store Manager to hold the transaction while I got my phone from the car to add more money to my account at 7:14 pm. However, when I returned, he had canceled the transaction without giving me a reverse transaction receipt. As a result, I couldn't immediately get the $29 back on my cards. I had to reduce my order and make a new transaction for $39.28 with the card ending in [redacted] at 7:23 pm. Despite asking the Manager for the receipt, he claimed I had received it and later said he needed to keep it for his records. I visited the store today, and he directed me to handle the issue with corporate. When I inquired about his name, he initially refused but later provided the name "Carlos Wright." I am concerned about this situation and want to resolve it as soon as possible.
