I was employed at Dollar Tree in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, last year. I am currently facing difficulties accessing my W-2 form on the website. Once logged in, I can only click on the e-form page and cannot proceed further or make any changes. I urgently need to obtain my W-2 as it was not mailed to me, and I have not received any email notification. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for the past week without success. I would greatly appreciate it if my W-2 form could be either overnighted or emailed to me promptly.

My 16-year-old daughter Angelena was terminated from Dollar Tree before her shift. The manager claimed she had 3 unexcused absences, which is incorrect. When Angelena was hired 3 weeks ago, she was only given one shift for a two-week period, which she completed on time. The next day, management offered her additional hours, but she was unable to work due to being diagnosed with strep throat and pink eye. Angelena's schedule was misunderstood leading to her termination by the store manager, Mary. Despite Angelena's attempts to explain and defend herself, she was let go. This termination was unjust, and I am seeking assistance to have her job reinstated. Thank you for any help provided.

I want to share my experience at the Dollar Tree on Saratoga. I noticed an older gentleman and a manager were in the office with two other employees. It took them some time to send someone to assist a girl who was handling all the customers by herself. When I mentioned this, I simply thanked them for sending help and expressed that more employees could prevent losing customers. The manager's response was that they couldn't help it, but I believe adequate staffing could make a difference.

While at the Dollar Tree store on 5/17/23 searching for transfer tape, I had a distressing experience. As I tried to locate my phone to look up a picture of the item, another customer entered the aisle. I moved aside to accommodate them and continued my search. To my shock, that customer proceeded to wrongly accuse me of stealing to the employees on duty. The two employees, a heavier older woman with dark hair and dark eye makeup and a younger man with blonde hair, then began discussing me loudly, insinuating I was a criminal. This situation made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and trapped. I hesitated to ask for help with the item I needed for fear of being further accused. The employees even went as far as threatening to involve the police and take my photo. All this, while I was simply trying to find my phone.

I visited Store [redacted] and witnessed Manager H. stocking shelves and yelling about a soda spill she seemed unaware of. She called the cashier unintelligent and instructed them to stop conversing with customers and focus on ringing them up. Unfortunately, I didn't have my phone to record the incident. This isn't the first time I've heard her shout in the store, but it was the most extreme I've seen. It's disappointing to see a manager behave this way. Additionally, encountering her smoke outside the entrance as she smokes right by the door is also off-putting.

I encountered disability discrimination at a store recently. They claimed all shopping baskets were stolen, but I know this isn't true because other stores faced the same issue and resolved it. When I questioned why they weren't replacing them as a basic necessity, they had no response. The manager's dismissive attitude when I asked for a solution was disheartening. Contacting customer service didn't help as they redirected me rudely. This treatment is humiliating, discriminatory, thoughtless, and unfair to disabled individuals. I seek a resolution to this matter.

I am a devoted collector of Hot Wheels and visited the store located at [redacted] Montwood Dr. Ste O. in El Paso, Texas, today around 10:30 a.m. As I was browsing, I noticed two new boxes of Hot Wheels in the back room. When I asked the stockboy if I could take a look, he mentioned that he does not handle toys. Subsequently, I approached the manager and politely requested to see the items, but she declined, stating she could not open the boxes out of concern for being accused of theft. Despite my explanation of how other stores usually accommodate such requests, she insisted on not allowing me to view the Hot Wheels until the end of the week. This response, along with previous encounters at this store, has left me feeling disappointed and puzzled. I am unsure if the manager is reserving the Hot Wheels for someone else, but I find it disheartening to be turned down as a willing buyer. It is frustrating to leave empty-handed after hoping to add new items to my collection.

I experienced an incident at the Dollar Tree in Chicago Heights. While browsing the aisle for External Waters, a bottle fell from the shelf. Initially, I planned to report it immediately but got sidetracked looking for something else. While at the checkout, I mentioned the fallen item to an employee. I was surprised to be informed that had I reported it promptly, I wouldn't have had to pay for it. Despite this, I still paid for the item. When I raised my concern to the manager, I was told I should have informed them right away and therefore had to pay. I disagree with this policy. Customers should not be held responsible for accidents they didn't cause, especially if they report it later. I feel the situation was handled unfairly. I would appreciate a resolution to this matter, possibly with a refund or a gift card as a gesture. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

Yesterday, I visited the Dollar Tree location on 71st and Pulaski in Chicago. My son, who has autism and communicates through sounds, needed to use the restroom. I kindly requested the cashier, Neyeli, if my son could use it, but she referred me to the manager who denied the request. Unfortunately, there were no other options nearby. My son became agitated and I left feeling let down by Dollar Tree's lack of customer care.

While in the Salinas Dollar Tree store in California, an employee threatened a customer with a knife, causing distress to my grandsons. I urgently seek assistance and wish to report this incident. If the matter is not addressed promptly, legal action will be taken against the employee. It is unacceptable to expose children to such behavior. Please contact me at [redacted]. My name is Donna.

I have observed some concerning practices at the Dollar Tree store in Kingwood, Texas. Employees are being made to work off the clock to complete their e-learning modules. Furthermore, a manager left the building unattended during a lunch break, leaving only employees on-site. The communication between the store manager and employees is reportedly disrespectful. Despite attempts to address these issues, I fear they will be ignored, allowing the problematic store manager to continue unchecked. It seems that the district manager may be overlooking these situations occurring at the store.

There is a recurring issue at the store with a dog running loose. Despite concerns raised with the employees, it seems they are not taking action as they consider it the dog's territory or even a service animal. The unleashed pit bull has been captured on video during multiple visits, posing a potential danger. The owner falsely assures customers the dog won't cause harm, but this behavior could result in significant fines for misrepresenting the animal as a service dog. It's essential to address this situation promptly for everyone's safety.

I purchased items from the frozen food section that were marked as 1.25 each, but they rang up as 4 dollars and 5 dollars. I noticed my total seemed high, and when the cashier scanned one item twice and claimed another item didn't scan, I knew I was being overcharged. Despite bringing this to the attention of the assistant manager, they were unable to refund me or rectify the situation. I was advised to contact corporate for further assistance. I'm disappointed with the service I received and hope to have this matter resolved promptly. Thank you. -Shenese PO. [redacted]

While shopping for groceries, I encountered an issue with using my food stamp card at the counter. The cashier, Ferrell, informed me they no longer type in food stamp cards, so I had to return the groceries. Ultimately, I had to use my debit card for the purchase. I am disappointed that the food stamp card stopped working, and I now have to wait for a replacement. I believe customer experiences like this might affect the company's sales negatively. As a result, I plan to share my story on social media to inform others. I will also reach out to the food stamp company about this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a $25 AT&T refill card last month, and it worked fine. However, when I tried to refill it this month, AT&T said the card had already been used. I went back to the Dollar Tree where I bought it, and the manager couldn't help me or refund my money, suggesting I go to an AT&T office. When I called the store, they claimed they didn't sell those cards and couldn't assist me. I'm frustrated because I've spent $25 on a card I can't use. The employee at Dollar General had to call the manager, who was very rude during the interaction.

I have visited the Dollar Tree store in San Antonio, Texas on Military Drive many times with my dogs in their carrier bag without any issue. However, a worker named Verna Rudy at this location made comments about me bringing my dogs in. My dogs are well-behaved, and I have taken them to various stores in San Antonio without any complaints. I feel Verna Rudy was rude and disrespectful in her approach, especially considering that other stores in the area allow dogs on leashes or in carriers. I believe an apology is necessary, or she should face consequences for her behavior. My dogs are like family to me, and it's hurtful when someone criticizes them.

I reside in Glen Cove, NY, and I feel it's important to address the ongoing issue with the store's air conditioning. The workers must be really uncomfortable without it, and it's becoming a health concern. Last Tuesday, I almost fainted due to the heat, and the situation hasn't improved since then. The store's appearance is suffering, and the lack of help and constant air conditioning problems are unacceptable. I plan to contact the Board of Health and even the Mayor to bring attention to this matter. It's crucial to prioritize the well-being of the employees and customers by fixing the air conditioning system promptly.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my job situation. I recently received an email from the company assuming I still work there, but I had actually left my position at Laurel under Miss Kim due to only being scheduled for 8 hours. I promptly informed her that I wouldn't be returning and sought employment elsewhere. However, when I tried to apply for a new job within the company, your system indicated that I still had a current position, even though I haven't worked at Dollar Tree for over 2 weeks. I am interested in reapplying at a different location, but I encountered an issue when attempting to resend my email to your company. My name is Zenobia S., and I would appreciate a response regarding this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

I have frequently shopped at the Dollar Store in Galatin and want to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the staff there. However, during my recent visit, I encountered an issue with a manager named Vicky Osborne. Despite wanting to discuss my gratitude towards the employees for helping with supplies for feral cats, Vicky was unprofessional. She threatened to have me removed from the store and even involve the police. This behavior was unwarranted and inappropriate. I am disappointed in her lack of customer service skills, particularly because all the other employees have been welcoming and friendly in the past. I tried to obtain the store's contact information to address the matter formally, but Vicky was uncooperative and unhelpful. Rather than assisting me, she seemed more interested in avoiding accountability for her behavior. Her demeanor and attitude were unpleasant, which created a negative experience for me as a customer. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

I have been waiting for a refund from Dollar Tree for weeks now. I visited the store on Lewis Ave and Alexis Rd on 7/4/23 and attempted to buy items totaling $17.50. The cashier encountered issues with the computer, resulting in her charging me twice. Despite showing her proof of the double charge, she suggested waiting for a few days for the refund. However, weeks have passed, and after multiple visits, the manager was unhelpful and dismissive. I have evidence of the duplicate charges and demand a prompt refund. This experience has been frustrating, and I no longer wish to support Dollar Tree due to the poor customer service received from the manager.
