Dollar Tree's return policy on opened items is customer-friendly. If you aren't fully satisfied with an opened product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. However, certain restrictions apply. Opened food and health and beauty products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons. Additionally, opened electronics can only be exchanged for the same item if it is defective. To make a return, you'll need to present your original receipt and return the item to the store of purchase.
