Yesterday I went to dollar general to pickup a western union money transfer. I was told by Melissa that they do not do cash i would have to go to dollar general app. I explained to her I had been on western union app and the transfer was ready it was a refund from western union.. she and the other employee guessing a manager told me to go to Walmart, Meijer or next door to family dollar. Not understanding the reason I said I would check on the D G app . It was cordial on both sides. I left an look on dg website . Nothing on your app said I needed to log on. I called western union they said should not be a problem try again and ask employee to call them. Entered store this asked Melissa again for transfer she told me she could not do refund. Explained it is refund but still a regular transfer. She informed me she did not have the cash which is $*** . Again both were cordial said I would contact Dollar General. I think she and the manager did not want to be bothered with it. Store was not busy at either time. No other customers at the register.
