Help with my Direct Express issue
The issue in GetHuman-bockhaus's own words
Whenever I call direct express' telephone number and try to enter the last * digits of my account number the automated system consistently tells me it didn't receive the number and asks for it again, then it still does not get it when I enter it again. Then it asks for my complete acct no and when I enter that it tells me it didn't receive that either. It also never receives my ssn when I enter it. I've tried so many times, I am currently locked out. Also when I tried to use my card it was rejected (although it went thru as a credit). I am currently not at home but please email me at my email below

GetHuman-bockhaus did not yet indicate what Direct Express should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-bockhaus fixed the problem
It was just dumb luck. I was trying to change my pin and when it wasn't accepted on the *rd or *th try I was put through to an actual person. He stayed on the line with me and listened. It took two more tries but it finally got changed. Their phone system seems to be either very sensitive or has a lot of glitches.
