Get bill fixed ... On Sept.*rd of this year I had directv hooked up , on Oct. The **th because I'd not received a bill or my reward card I called customer service and told guys that I'd not received anything from you. The customer service guy I talked to ask for my account number ,again I told him I've never gotten a bill so I don't know my number. He then ask my address on the account and I gave him ** Arrowhead LN buchanan,va *****. He said the ** Arrowhead LN was right but the Buchanan va ***** was not,it was natural Bridge station. I told him that's not the address I gave when I hooked up ! He told me he's going to send me another bill and issue another reward card to ** Arrowhead LN buchanan va *****. This morning my service was off so I called customer service and asked why I was told I have a overdue bill. Had I gotten a bill I would have paid it ! I now have another bill due the **th that I knew I had either ! I'm on social security and pay all my bills the *st though the *rd ! Now I have (no) TV and bills ! This is (not) my fault ! I can't pay my bill until the *st but can't get service until my overdue account is paid. This is not fair ! Had you sent my bill to the address I gave when I signed up this would not be happening !!! Wesley Hammond.
