had an appointment December *st to have my equipment upgraded, they called and said the technician didn't have the equipment so they rescheduled for today December *th, once again called and said the technician didn't have the equipment and wanted to reschedule, so twice I've changed my schedule for this ****, so this needs to be resolved asap, and I should be compensated with a reduction on my monthly bill. I*ve been a customer for over ** years,VERY dissatisfied and looking into switching companies.
