TO GET BETTER AGENTS TO UNDERSTAND A SICK PERSON AND NOT HANG UP AND TALK UGLY AND RUDE I BEEN THRU ALOT OF SURGERIES AND SICK NEED HELP TO TURN MY SERVICE BACK ON TO BE TREATED FAIRLY AND FOR AN AGENT TO NOT GIVE ME A PAYMENT PLAN WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION IF THEY CAN DO THAT THEN I KNOW THEY CAN LET ME PAY THEM ON THE FIRST LIKE I ASKED THEY CAN ALEAST DO THAT IF THEY WANT TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF RUNNING THEM AWAY TO ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE CUSTOMERS COME FIRST THATS SUPPOSE TO BE THE AGENTS PRIORITY I THOUGHT INSTEAD OF HURTING THERE FEELINGS AND NOT HELPING AT ALL AND NOT TO TELL A CUSTOMER ONE THING AND IT BE ANOTHER TO MANY AGENTS WAS DOING THAT TO ME SERVERAL TIMES AND ALL I WANTED WAS HELP THATS ALL SO I CAN GET BACK ON TRACK WITH YALL PLEASE TURN MY SERVICE ON BECAUSE THATS MY FORM OF ENTERTAINMENT FOR NOW TILL I GET BETTER THXS IN ADVANCE......
