I have requested twice to get a return label for a receiver you sent me that wasn't needed because the tech rep provided a new one. To date I have not received a return label in an email as promise. It a brand new receiver and I am ready to throw in the trash. Are you sendi g me a return label or do I throw in trash. This is the last time I contact you. My email is: *****@***.com. My account is under Linda Sawlsville, (***) ***-****. I'm not spending another hour on the phone either. Your service is terrible.
