I am done with the hard to understand customer service reps ( I use the customer service term loosely) I have had to call again. It seams like I have to call twice a year for one problem or another. I dread it like a baad movie. This takes so much time to resolve. I hope that this gets to a person that can help. *Let me start with I have been a loyal Direct tv customer for almost ** years. I didnt get a gift card to sign up and oh yes I have referred people with no credit. occasionally I do admit I have gotten a **.** credit or so as a loyal customer. I have payed well over **,***.** for service. I have been told that I was going to be charged for a service visit something like ***.** for a problem with the equipment I lease from Direct tv. Why do you charge long time customers? I have been sold products that I didn't want or need. I have spent countless hours trying to fix the billing problems and get just the services I want. I have * boxes that I pay for that I really dont need but * or *. I know that * haven't worked properly for * or * years. I dont say anything because I dont know how to get them taken care of without paying for a service call. We hardly use them and havent done anything to them. but when we need them they don't work. I have spent numerous hours on the phone with techs but I don't have numerous hours since Direct*ATT doesn't pay me for my time. I must work to pay my bill. This is a lot of bad taste I just wanted to get some of that off my chest there's more that I can telll you about the past. (like the * Hillbillies that installed my service I use that term loosely) that drank beer in the attic and stole beer from my fridge. They showed up in a *** year old mini truck in overalls. and took ** hours to install. put huge bolts in my siding and dragged the cables all around the house. I looks awful. Oh no I have to stop dredging up the past, I am traumatized again. *All that to bring me to the problem at hand. I refuse to spend any more of my valuable time trying to fix this.*Back to now. I was again sold something that I didn't need ask for or want. I had to wait on hold to remove it and when it was removed My subpar expensive NFL package was removed. ( you kind of have NFL viewers by the balls don't you?) Well I called to have it put back and I don't see it. I am done with trying to get the Supervisor of the Customer Service (if you want to call them that) to put it back. Please have my Fing NFL package put back to where it was on my account so when I get home on Sunday ***.I dread having to call and sit on hold and argue with yet another employee to add it. You have already. taken the first payment and now I will have to fight to get what I paid for. If I get another call from direct to add something that I don't want or use tell them no just to have them pressure me into something that is free for * months to find out that it isnt free. and if i do not recieve my paid for package. I will report you to the FCC, BBB and consumer affairs. I am aware that all conversations are recorded. I am not asking for any service I haven't paid for or payment for my time.**Fix this please I am done fighting for my expensive service. I am a very nice person until I have to call Direct TV.**You can EMAIL me for my Information I will not give my information over this forum.
