The issue in GetHuman-stermere's own words
I am un happy with my bill . I have been a loyal customer for ** to ** years. Last year I made a deal for $**.** a month payment for two tvs. I stated to the woman what happens when its over and she stated simply call again and we will make you another deal. Now my payment has almost tripled in price going from ** to ***. which is absolutely ridicoulous. We do not have updated devices no dvrs. its the same as when we started with you. So I called and explained everything and the girl said we do not make deals. I said then you shouldn't have employees stating that. I asked to talk to higher up. she put me on hold for ** minutes and then I was disconnected. I wanna know why to you give so great deals to new and just keep increasing your loyal customers. You are currently offering *** channels for $** , *** channels for $**, *** channels for $ **.** and *** for $**.**. I expect to get these same deals for the fact of my loyalty. Otherwise I will just move to Dish. I am sure I can get a better deal with new advanced equipment. I want this corrected before the next billing.
