I first subscribed to Direct TV end of May **** when I moved to Meridian. When I signed up, I knew that the apt. Verasso was moving me across the street to B***. Both the person on the line and the two gentleman who came to start the service (there was already the dish on the roof here) told me I would get one move free to go across the street. Then today the agent when I called to move service on the **th or **th told me there would be a $*** charge! I told her they said it would be free and she said, Oh no, that is only if you have been with us a year or more. I said that is crazy, no one told me that, I knew I was moving. She said we can do it for $***. I said that is unfair they told me it would be free, I want to talk to a supervisor. She said hold on. She came back and said, oh, I talked to the supervisor we can do it for $**.**. I said, listen, they told me it would be free. She said well, we can investigate, it will talk * to ** days. I said if you can not move me to the unit across the street for free then I want to cancel because that is not what your promised. She said if you cancel I will charge you a cancellation fee.
