The issue in GetHuman1362887's own words
Clean install after removing unnecessary files and cathing * viruses. I didn't have enough memory. I upgraded my ram to almost ** gigs with readyboost. The tech said I could make a copy in case I had a problem with the in stall. I had trouble making space and either deleted the clean install back to ** home or invalidated the digital key moving the files around. I received another desktop alert... ... I ordered and paid for Windows ** Pro order number ***-***-****. I received the download and attempted to install and was attacked by viruses somehow. The install was disrupted. And my activation code is inactive. I need a new activation code. My original ** pin activation code from Windows * is invalid.
At&t throttled down my bandwidth and the install took all night and failed. I lost the clean install link option after attempting again to activate .
I want the new software installed correctly and all of the backups that are on file somewhere so that I can go through all the files and find the things that I didn't know that I had that were important and all my family photos and music and whatever. I don't even know what I had on the computer because it was so full of junk and old **** that the task of manually cleaning up every little file or accidentally deleting things that made my system work became such a daunting task that I never had enough time to sit through and clean it all up but I'm the only person that could because I can't afford hundreds and hundreds of dollars to spend on tech support to do it for me. I paid $** for an upgrade after installing a program designed to protect my anonymousness because privacy is important to me in this country. America. What I did not realize was the software didn't protect you without creating a false identity in a foreign country. I'm not sure but I think the t o r software allowed someone to hijack my license for my software. The install that I received or should I say the digital key for my install that I received actually belongs to some Bank in a foreign country somewhere Africa maybe I don't know. If there's a place for me to attach a file I can show you the screenshot that I took of either who owns the digital key or the location that the software was intended for. Maybe the Transmissions got crossed.
Why I'm a good customer? Because I've trusted Microsoft products my entire life? I also trusted Microsoft virus protection which couldn't catch the things that will disabling my buttons and editing my Transmissions
Because of the time involved in waiting for another system prep install and restore. I attempted to edit at the command prompt my device name which somehow was another computer in a Faraway country. I would upload the screenshot but this window won't allow it. Currently at **% on my *th or *th attempt at reinstall after being notified.
